While Mosaku is on the screen and at the forefront of the camera, her husband, Tash, an LA-based talent agent, stays away from the camera lenses. For a couple of years, the His House actress kept details of her spouse under wraps, stating in a 2021 interview with NME, “Once it’s out there, it’s out there.”

The Nigerian-born British actress mentioned other aspects of her relationship, such as how supportive her husband was and how her beau pursued her to move to America with him.

During her interview with The Guardian, Wunmi said, “Terrified of the guns! I honestly never wanted to come to America. It wasn’t part of my goal as an actor. It was because of my husband, who’s African American.”

Even if the exact details of her courtship are not out, she stated that she met her husband during the pandemic and that this was the best thing that happened to her.

She spoke to Schon on June 30, 2021, and spoke about her love life, “I definitely wouldn’t have gone on a date with an American that I ended up marrying. I mean, it’s the best thing that ever happened. But I know I wouldn’t have gone on that date. My whole life would have been totally different.”
