Everything About Rahul Chaudhary’s Wife, Surabhi Khaitan Chaudhary

Rahul Chaudhary, the youngest son of Nepal’s only billionaire, Binod Chaudhary, married his wife, Surabhi, at a three-day ceremony in Jaipur. Surabhi, who hails from India, comes from a respected business family.

Surabhi has adapted gracefully to the culture and people of Nepal, and she often engages in several projects. She is the cultural ambassador at Asia Society India Centre, a nonprofit organization that promotes Nepalese culture with a broader audience.

Additionally, she is the founder and executive director at Unnati Cultural Village, which focuses on social and cultural hubs with experience showcasing traditional livelihood, hosting artist residencies, crafting training, and creating market Links.

Surabhi is also the Chairperson and Co-Founder of The Saath Project, an Advisory Board Member at Save Himalayas—Himalaya Unnati Mission—HUM, and a Board Member Of the South Asian Acquisitions Committee at Tate. 

Besides her social and professional work, Surabhi prefers to spend most of her time with her family and children, as evidenced by her social media. Additionally, she does not shy away from celebrating her Indian origin while embracing Nepalese culture and tradition.

Rahul Chaudhary and His Wife, Surabhi, Relationship Details

While Rahul and Surabhi kept their relationship private before marriage, a few details about it are available. The couple was in a relationship before marriage, as Rahul’s comments on Surabhi’s Instagram posts hint at their relationship.

Additionally, on July 27, 2014, Surabhi posted a collage of a picture with Rahul celebrating their love life with hashtags like #partnerforlife #betterhalf #princecharming, further confirming their relationship.

Finally, the duo got married in February 2015 in Jaipur with a grand celebration. Since then, the duo has been together and started a small family with two daughters, Rayhaana and Raadhya. 

Rahul Chaudhary and Surabhi’s Lavish Jaipur Wedding

Rahul and Surabhi celebrated their three-day wedding in Jaipur from February 3 to February 5, with different events and ceremonies each day. 

On February 3, their wedding started with a welcome dinner at the Taj Rambagh Palace. Later, the guests were presented with performances by Rajasthan Roots and Odissi dancer Colleena Shakti for entertainment.

After that day, their friends and families celebrated the sangeet on February 4 at Sisodia Bagh. Additionally, they had an exhibition polo match to celebrate the occasion over brunch at Rambagh Polo Grounds.

Finally, the couple’s special day came on the evening of February 5, when they married at City Palace, Jaipur.

Many VIP guests from across countries, such as politicians, celebrities, and business people, attended their wedding.

Some of the famous VIPs were Congress leader Digvijay Singh, Politician Ashok Gehlot’s son Vaibhav, actor Vinod Khanna, Vadodara royal Asha Raje Gaekwad, Mewar royal Arvind Singh Mewar, Bangladesh leader Hussain Muhammad Ershad, former president of Maldives, Mohammed Waheed Hassan, and many more.

Meet Surabhi Chaudhary’s Family

Surabhi was born and raised in Mumbai, Maharashtra, alongside her siblings: a sister, Ambika Khaitan Dalmia, and a brother, Madhusudan Khaitan. 

Her mother, Sudha Khaitan, is a spiritual and creative person with a bachelor’s degree from Gargi Medical School. She volunteers at V Care Foundation, a non-governmental organization that empowers cancer patients with care.

On the other hand, her father prefers to lead a private lifestyle, and has limited information about him.

Her sister, Ambika Khaitan Dalmia, is also married to her husband, Nikhil. They have started an adorable family with a son and a daughter. 

While her brother, Madhusudan Khaitan, has a limited presence on social media, he devotes himself to his professional career. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Penn State University.

Despite coming from a business family, Madhusudan started his professional career as a Corporate Finance Manager with YES BANK for almost three years. In 2014, he joined Madhusudan Worldwide Private Limited as Director and continues to support the family business.
