The actor grabbed Aljaf by the scruff of the neck and slammed him against a wall when he urged that the bar was closing. The incident occurred while he was celebrating his girlfriend Beatrice’s final performance at a nearby drama school.
The bar manager told Feltham Magistrates’ Court how the pub stopped serving at midnight on December 6, 2015. When the bar refused to serve more alcohol after closing time, Bacon became aggressive, grabbed the manager by the neck, and slammed him against a wall.
Despite his self-defense claims, the court found him guilty, fined him, and ordered compensation for the victim. Magistrate Chris Hack ordered the actor to pay a £180 fine, £400 in court costs, a £20 victim surcharge, and £50 compensation to the bar manager.
